This is not a typical high-stress hotel job. This is an opportunity to work part-time in a family-run 4-star ski hotel in Austria’s most famous alpine destination, leaving you four full days a week to ski, hike, or simply relax.
Your Role as Our Part-Time Receptionist
Even though you are working part-time, you are a full and valued member of our front office team. You will be the welcoming face of our hotel, ensuring our guests have a flawless experience from arrival to departure.
- Guest check-in and check-out using our modern property management system
- Handling guest inquiries, emails, and phone calls during your shifts
- Providing excellent local recommendations for St. Anton am Arlberg
- Coordinating seamlessly with our housekeeping and kitchen teams
- Managing the reception cash register and processing payments
- Ensuring the lobby area remains welcoming and organized
Your Working Hours & Seasons
We offer a clear, predictable schedule so you can plan your life. This position is a 3-day work week (approx. 24 hours/week). Shifts are either early (07:30–15:00) or late (14:30–22:00). No night shifts!
- Autumn (Zwischensaison): Starts 1 October 2026. Office work Mon–Fri 08:00–17:00 (your 3 days will be scheduled within this window)
- Winter Season: 04 December 2026 – 04 April 2027
- Summer Season: Mid-June – Mid-September
What We Are Looking For
Because our guests come from all over the world, communication is key. We need someone who is confident, friendly, and highly organized.
- Fluent German and English (written and spoken) — this is a mandatory requirement
- Previous experience in hospitality, front office, or customer service is a big plus
- A positive, solution-oriented mindset
- Reliability and punctuality
- A genuine love for hosting and helping people

- Fair Pay: Based on the Austrian collective agreement (KV Hotellerie & Gastronomie, Pay Grade 3 or 2 depending on experience), calculated pro-rata for 24 hours. Actual salary is above the minimum wage.
- 13th and 14th month salary (Christmas and holiday bonus) pro-rata, as required by Austrian law.
- Full board 7 days/week during the hotel’s opening seasons, even on your 4 days off!
- 50% ski pass subsidy so you can make the most of your free time in St. Anton.
